Privacy Policy

Effective September 7, 2026. Version 2026-09-07.

The short version. We collect what we need to build your child's board and nothing more. That includes names, photos, calendar events and house rules. We do not sell it, we do not use it for ads, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence. Boards are private. You can ask for a copy or ask us to delete everything at any time.

1. Who is responsible

See My Week is operated by Strohl.ai (Dan Strohl), based in Canada. We are the organisation responsible for personal information collected through seemyweek.com. Contact: dan@strohl.ai.

Technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visitYour device, automaticallyTo keep the Service secure and working

Some of this information is sensitive. A picture schedule for an autistic child, the names of therapists, and appointment titles can reveal health-related information. We treat everything you give us as confidential and apply the protections described below to all of it.

3. Children's information

The Service is used by parents and caregivers about their children. Children do not create accounts and we never collect information from a child directly. Parents choose what goes on the board. We use children's names and photos only to display the board to the family and the people the family shares it with, and for nothing else.

4. How we use information

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models.

5. The helper on the board

Some boards include a helper you can type to. Messages you send it, together with the current board, are processed by Anthropic's Claude model to understand the request and make the change. Anthropic processes this under its commercial terms and does not use it to train its models. Requests the helper cannot handle are passed to a member of our team so a person can act on them.

6. Who we share information with

Only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit what they can do with it:

ProviderWhat they do
CloudflareHosts the website, the boards and stored data
AnthropicProcesses messages to the board's helper
GoogleProvides calendar access when you connect Google Calendar, and web fonts
AppleProvides calendar data when you link an iCloud calendar
Stripe or WisePayments
TelegramDelivers helper requests to our team's phones (the request text only)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a child or another person.

7. Where information is stored

Data is stored on Cloudflare's network, which keeps copies in several countries including the United States, and is processed by the providers above in the countries where they operate. We take steps to protect it wherever it is.

8. How we protect it

9. How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. When you close your account, or ask us to, we delete your content within 30 days. Backups clear within a further 30 days. We may keep billing records for as long as tax law requires.

10. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you and your family, to get a copy of it, to correct it, or to delete it. If you are in California you also have the right to know what we collect and to opt out of sale, which we never do in any case. If you are in Canada you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Email dan@strohl.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

11. Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember a few settings on your device. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

12. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email account holders and post the new version here before it takes effect.
