Terms of Service
Effective September 7, 2026. Version 2026-09-07.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
See My Week is operated by Strohl.ai, a business run by Dan Strohl in Canada ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at seemyweek.com, your account, the setup process, and the boards we build and host for your family (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. The Service is for parents and caregivers. It is not directed at children, and children do not create accounts or enter information themselves.
3. Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate information and keep it current.
- Tell us right away at dan@strohl.ai if you think your account has been used without your permission.
4. Your content and the people on the board
You own the photos, names, calendar events, house rules and other material you give us ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content only to provide the Service to you. We never use Your Content for advertising, never sell it, and never use it to train artificial intelligence models.
You are responsible for having permission to use the photos and names of the people you put on a board, including sitters, therapists, relatives and friends. Boards are private by default and open only with your family word or your account.
5. The service, honestly described
- We build a weekly board from the calendars you connect. The board is only as accurate as the calendar behind it. Please check it before relying on it.
- During the supported pilot, setup and changes are done with a person from our team. The features available on your board are the ones we agree with you at setup.
- The Service is a household scheduling aid. It is not a medical device, therapy, or clinical advice, and it does not replace any care plan, professional or school.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Prices are shown on the website in US dollars and may change; we will tell you before any change affects you.
- Monthly plans have a three-month minimum term to start, because setup is done with you. After that they continue month to month.
- You can cancel any time after the minimum term by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Months already started are not refunded.
- If we cannot build your first board from your real calendar, we will refund what you have paid for setup in full.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to store or share content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to use. Do not try to access other families' boards, probe or overload the Service, or reverse engineer it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
8. Third-party services
The Service connects to calendars you choose (for example Google Calendar or Apple iCloud Calendar) using the access you grant. Those services have their own terms. You can disconnect a calendar at any time by removing it from your setup or revoking access in that service.
9. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we cannot promise it will be available at all times. We may change or improve the Service, and we may retire features with reasonable notice. We will not remove your ability to download your boards without telling you first.
10. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We will delete Your Content within 30 days, apart from what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. We may close accounts that are inactive for a long time or that break these Terms, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.
11. Our responsibility to you
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that come from a missed or inaccurate calendar event. Where we are liable, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Privacy
How we handle personal information, including children's information and photos, is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections you are entitled to under the laws of where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these Terms in a way that matters, we will email account holders and show the new version here at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms.
